   4. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
   5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
   6. A CCTV camera monitors the external areas for security.
   7. The caretaker stays near the premises and is available if needed.
   8. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available; however, network quality may vary.
   9. Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food or drinks in or around the pool.
   10. Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the property.
   11. Children must be supervised at all times in or around the pool.
   12. Swimming attire is required. Kindly shower before entering the pool.
   13. Please treat the home with care and respect.
   14. Extra bed charges apply per person per night for guests above 5 years of age.
   15. 50% payment is required to confirm your booking.
   16. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
   17. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
   18. All guests must provide valid ID proof when requested.
   19. Foreign nationals must share passport and visa details before arrival.
   20. Any damage to the property will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
   21. Illegal activities—including but not limited to the use of narcotics or prostitution—are strictly prohibited.
   22. Commercial activities of any kind are not allowed.
   23. A refundable security deposit may be collected before check-in.
   24. The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days, subject to guest compliance and no damages.

Cancellation Policy:

40+ days before check-in: 100% credit note or 80% refund

31 - 39 days before check-in: 50% credit note or 40% refund

Less than 30 days before check-in: No credit note or refund can be provided
